The venue is a 10-minute walk from White City Underground Station on the Central Line.
There are no parking facilities provided at the venue. .
Photography
A photographer will be present throughout the conference to capture the event. Images will be potentially used for event marketing and reporting post event.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please let event staff know, and they will inform the photographer of your wishes.
Meals
A complimentary breakfast, lunch and coffee break will be provided for conference attendees.
Dietary requirements are requested on the conference registration form, and will be catered to. If you would like to inform event staff separately of your dietary requirements, please contact events@imperial.ac.uk.
