A workplace adjustment passport is a document that records changes or support that a staff member who has a disability or a health condition needs in the workplace. It is a way of making sure that staff members and their managers/supervisors agree on adjustments that can help the worker to do their job effectively and comfortably creating an inclusive environment for all. A workplace adjustment passport can also make it easier when staff members to change roles, move around 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, or change managers, without having to repeat the process of requesting and negotiating adjustments.
