Based at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, the Institute of Shock Physics (ISP) is a world-class, multidisciplinary research organisation established in 2008 with major support from and 51³Ô¹ÏÍø to provide a UK focus for shock physics research and training. From March 2013, AWE provided further, substantial funding for a second, five year phase of the ISP at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø.
