Building defects should be reported as soon as possible directly to Estates Operations Customer Services Centre via one of the routes below ensuring you provide as much detail as possible (include building name, room number/location and nature of issue).

Report it via email (emails are processed within office hours)
Alternatively you could inform Robert Buchanan (must include location and nature of issue) who will report to Estates.
