The Engineering and Technology Careers Fair is a major event in our autumn term calendar, providing companies with a valuable opportunity to raise their profile on campus and promote vacancies and internships to engaged and talented students.
The fair is open to all Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Natural Sciences students and year groups, and is an excellent way to connect with our diverse student community.
This year's event will be taking place on Thursday 22 October 2026, 10.30 - 15.00, on the South Kensington Campus.

Cost to attend
Organisations with 50 or more employees - £750 + VAT
Organisations with less than 50 employees - £500 + VAT
Registered charities - £250 + VAT
What's included?
You will be provided with an individual stand which includes a table, tablecloth and access to a power supply and wi-fi.
To accompany the fair and to help promote the attending organisations, we produce an e-brochure which is distributed to students a week prior to the event.
It will include:
- A brief description of your organisation;
- Application information and deadlines;
- Information about the departments you are interested in hiring from.
Advertising opportunities
To support employers' recruitment activities and increase company visibility, we provide the opportunity for organisations to advertise in the fair's e-brochure.
