Advertising your opportunities tabs

Vacancies

Vacancies encompasses part-time work, full-time roles, insight schemes, internships, placements, volunteering, studentships and scholarships.

The easiest way to advertise a vacancy is through JobsLive. This will ensure your vacancy is visible to approximately 20,000 students and 3,000 recent graduates.

Once your has been approved, you can submit as many vacancies as you would like, free of charge. Please only select one vacancy type, e.g. Graduate internship, when submitting. We would recommend reading our terms and conditions before attempting to post a vacancy.

We review all vacancies before they go live onto the system to make sure they are appropriate for our students. This can take up to three working days. If we don't approve your vacancy, we will always tell you why and, if possible, suggest amendments.

Once your vacancy has been approved, you can use your account to edit it. The vacancy will then need to be rechecked before going live again.

When your vacancy is nearing it's deadline, you will receive an email to remind you in case you would like to extend it. Should you wish to do so, this will, again, need to be approved by a member of our team.

You may also wish to advertise your vacancy in a targeted email.
