The Julia Anderson Training Programme - Internship programme aimed at individuals with limited- work experience, in recognition of the difficulties that many face when starting out their career without having worked or interned.  The initiative is open to everyone including people who identify as Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic, LGBTQ+ and those who have a disability or access needs.

Demi Corr took part in the 51�Թ��� Positive About Cultural Talent (IMPACT) which is a four-month long development course for 51�Թ���'s Black Asian and Minority ethnic (BAME ) Staff.  IMPACT addresses the issues faced by BAME Staff which prevent them from progressing in their career.  The programme aims to empower staff to overcome these barriers so they can realise their true potential.
