As part of the regular CPD that all 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Supervisors need to engage with is the departmental Focus on Best Practice in Supervision (FOBPS) workshops, which are organised and delivered in each department every six years.
[Note that the FOBPS workshops only started to be implemented in 2024 and not all departments have been covered yet for its first round. PRQC approved the schedule of departments in October 2024 which is currently being followed.]
When your department is due for it, the Cornerstone team will approach the HoD and its senior team to discuss the options and design a bespoke workshop for the department’s supervisors.
