• To access the mitigating circumstances app, extensions app or other apps hosted on the department's intranet you will need to be on the university network. If you accessing from outside the university you need Zscaler VPN. Once you have installed ZScaler on your device(s), please connect to Zscaler before attempting to access the EEE Intranet or departmental applications. Zscaler is available for Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android,  iOS and Chromebook. We are aware that some students may not yet have Zscaler access. A request has been logged with ICT for access to be provided to the remaining students as soon as possible. An alternative is Microsoft Azure Virtual desktop  for both laptop and phone.  (updated 11 Sept 2026)
