The Commercial & Investment Activities Group is home to the Commercial & Investment Activities Office, the Investment Property Office and Commercial Operations at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø.

The Group is responsible for managing 51³Ô¹ÏÍø College’s investment assets and its commercial activities with a central purpose to deliver financial returns to support the academic mission. The Group sits within the COO Team and is overseen by the Chief Operating Officer.
