About Us
The Investment Property Office (IPO) is responsible for the development and management of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including Commercial, Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA).
The portfolio is focused on West London, where 51³Ô¹ÏÍø has an exciting development pipeline in White City and North Acton.
The Investment Property Office’s main aim is to generate material streams of unfettered income that can be used to support 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s academic mission, as part of the College’s financial strategy of diversification.
The IPO also provides services to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø as a whole, in particular engaging in property and land transactions on behalf of the College.
