51³Ô¹ÏÍø recognises the important contributions made by members of the Learning & Teaching and Research job families to the delivery of its mission.
A Working Group has been put together to review what 51³Ô¹ÏÍø offers these job families, focusing on different aspects to ensure our overall package for reward and recognition is attractive and competitive. This review is also looking at how fixed-term contracts are used within the College.
