Overview
This two-hour workshop is aimed at managers who may be called upon to undertake the role of an Investigation Officer for grievance or disciplinary investigations. The workshop will provide a step-by-step guide to conducting investigations, ensuring the process is carried out fairly, consistently, and in line with 51³Ô¹ÏÍø processes and values.
You will also understand the role that Employee Relations plays in the investigation process, enabling you to lead an investigation confidently and successfully.
