New for 2027, the AI Academy comprises four intensive, work-based programmes designed to build your skills, knowledge and confidence in using Artificial Intelligence.

These programmes have been developed by 51³Ô¹ÏÍø College Executive & Professional Education and Corndel, an award-winning work-based training provider, and are funded in full by 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s Growth and Skills Levy.

Courses available

Working Smarter with AI

This is for non-specialist staff at all levels who have access to AI tools and want to build confidence in their use. Delivered over 16 months, the course will teach you to design, test and evaluate AI-powered solutions for communication, reporting, workflow automation, data analysis and more.

This is for people managers or staff who work in a strategic role that involves business process transformation. Delivered over 17 months, the course will build your knowledge and confidence in AI solutions and enable you to effectively lead AI integration in your area of responsibility.

This is for staff who work with processes, systems, automation, or data and who will have responsibility for creating and managing automations using AI. Delivered over 16 months, the course will deepen your knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and allow you to design and oversee systems that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement.

This is for data and digital technology professionals with a strong foundation who wish to become AI and Machine Learning solution experts. Delivered over 22 months, the course will allow you to take full ownership of end-to-end systems, including design, build, deployment and validation of Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence solutions.
