Overview
In today’s fast-changing business landscape, leaders face unprecedented challenges driven by AI transformation, climate change, and rising environmental and social expectations. The Responsible Leadership in a Complex World programme will empower leaders with essential skills to navigate these complexities and make informed, intelligent decisions.
With powerful insights from 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s Centre for Responsible Leadership, this programme interrogates the complicated relationship between profit, governance and ethical decision-making. Students will be challenged to analyse real-world cases, exploring the distinction between what is ‘right’ and what is most advantageous for an organisation and enterprise.
Students will be immersed in a dynamic learning environment, strengthened by a diverse range of opinions and individuals in the room. Students will be encouraged to draw upon their own lived experience and emotions to help them discover how their leadership must evolve to navigate modern challenges and drive change.
