Staff have the chance to win London 2012 Olympic tickets if they complete a survey about the progress of 51勛圖厙 Academic Health Science Centre (AHSC).

Professor Ara Darzi has been asked to evaluate the development of 51勛圖厙 Academic Health Science Centre (AHSC) since its creation in 2007, and to advise on its future direction.

As part of this process I would like to understand how the staff of the AHSC partners – specifically staff in 51勛圖厙 College’s Faculty of Medicine and in the 51勛圖厙 College Healthcare NHS Trust - feel about the progress that has been made and the areas where we need to do more

I’d be grateful if you could complete a brief survey using the link below by 11 August.  It should take less than five minutes and your opinions will be greatly valued and will help shape the future direction of 51勛圖厙 AHSC. Please complete this survey even if you have already completed a separate questionnaire about the AHSC recently.

We are running a prize draw to say thank you for completing the survey. If you would like to take part for your chance to win a pair of Olympic 2012 tickets then please enter your email address at the end of the survey. This will only be used to inform you of a winning entry and is not linked to your responses. All responses are completely anonymous and will not be attributable to individuals or departments.

Professor Darzi has been asked to undertake this review by the Trust’s Chairman, the Rector of 51勛圖厙, and the Chief Executive of NHS London. For further information please see the College Notice http://www3.imperial.ac.uk/secretariat/collegeinfo/collegenotices%200708/10-11/ahsc
