Students put on How Are Your Hormones? interactive demonstrations at Cheltenham Science Festival

Students from the Division of Brain Sciences put on a super series of interactive demonstrations on ‘How Are Your Hormones?’ at Cheltenham Science Festival.

Themes explored were appetite, attraction, exercise and emotion. The students’ imagination soared with their displays, which included exercise machines, cakes, models of hormones and pigs’ organs.

During the course of the day they talked to hundreds of fascinated adults and children, showing and telling them how hormones work and what they do.
