A completely modernised student reception provides a more welcoming environment as part of our efforts to continually improve the student experience.

A new student services reception has been created in the SAF building. What used to be a counter service, the new reception has been completely modernised to provide a more welcoming environment as part of the Faculty Education Office efforts to continually improve the student experience.

The previous counter was old-fashioned in appearance and created a barrier for students wishing to interact with staff.  The new reception provides all the same services to students but also provides the capacity to have a more private conversation if required or just a chat about how their course is going.

The Faculty Education Office was recently awarded Customer First accreditation, one of the first Departments in the College to achieve the prestigious national standard for customer service.
