Professor Howard Wheater was the Engineer member of an International Court of Arbitration concerning a dispute between Pakistan and India related to the Indus Waters Treaty. The Court’s Final Award was issued by the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the Hague, on 20 December 2013. See for details.
