Videos from the 2014 Centre for Patient Safety and Service Quality (CPSSQ) symposium are now available on the Centre's YouTube channel.
Our colleagues at the Centre for Patient Safety and Service Quality held their 2nd Annual Symposium on the 16th September 2014.
The meeting was very well attended and engaged the audience with an interview, debate and presentations. The particularly timely keynote lecture was given by Professor Sir Michael Richards, Chief Inspector of Hospitals, Care Quality Commission.
