As this year's Welcome Week begins, 51³Ô¹ÏÍø welcomes its new intake of undergraduate students.

New 51³Ô¹ÏÍø students from across the globe arrived on campus this weekend for the start of their first term at the College.

Over 2500 undergraduates are beginning their 51³Ô¹ÏÍø journeys this week, settling in to new accommodation, new subjects and beginning new friendships.

A packed week lies ahead. Monday kicks off with the . The new interactive event is a one-stop-shop to help new students connect with the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø community, and to gather information about key support services available.

On Tuesday, 51³Ô¹ÏÍø College Union’s Freshers’ Fair gives students the chance to discover more than 350 clubs, societies and projects that they could get involved with over the coming year.

Sport 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s  will be taking place on Wednesday - a chance for students to try something new or get involved with their favourite sport here at the College.

There’s also opportunities to get involved in volunteering with , new students’ first chance to sample some of the volunteering opportunities are open to them at the College.

The annual will bring Welcome Week to a close in style on Friday evening with a host of DJ’s including Nicola Bear (Ibiza Rocks) and Dev (Radio 1), as well as live music from 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s Jazz & Rock society.
