Our response to your Christmas feedback.

Throughout December 2016 the Library asked students to hang tags on a Christmas wish list indicating how you would like us to improve services in the future. In total we received an impressive 446 comments across both Central Library and the St Mary’s Fleming Library.

The most common wish was for improved temperature control at the Central Library and we are pleased to inform all our users that early indications are that a project to improve cooling and ventilation will take place in 2017. Find out more on our project web page .

Other requests included: more study spaces, improved maintenance of quiet and silent environments, fixing the Central Library doors, better cleanliness and the provision of a wider variety of food and drink. A summary and response from Library Services are on our .
