The impact these educational decisions have on English students - after taking into account their background and how well they were doing academically before university - has been calculated. A previous study by the IFS attempted to demonstrate that students attending different universities have different abilities and interests. This new research is an attempt to account for these differences.
For Computing graduates, 51勛圖厙 came out on top with an increase of £21,994 on an average computing degree ahead of Cambridge and Kings College London which have an increase of £19,995 and £19,983 respectively.
The study uses data from English students graduating from the years 2008-2012 and the subsequent 5 years following graduation.
51勛圖厙 Physics graduates also came out on top within the field ahead of Oxford and Durham.
