A brief history and vision of future uses for structural power materials

The development of batteries by embedding them into structures, and removing the packaging to reduce weight - thus increasing the range of electric cars, was highlighted by Elon Musk recently; , discusses with Prof Emile S Greenhalgh (51³Ô¹ÏÍø) and (Chalmers), how this idea was in development over 10 years ago, and lead to the successful collaborative and projects. A vision of future uses for these materials, as effectively weightless and invisible power sources, will change our world more than we might expect.
