Users can now request deletion of unwanted CMS documents through the Service Desk
Deleting files from /docs folder
Users can now request deletion of unwanted CMS documents through the Service Desk, being careful to specify the correct URL for the document to be deleted.
The Web Team can action the request without waiting for the next Friday CMS update slot as used to be the case.
