Dr Jana Volaric received the best poster prize at the 5th International Symposium on Photopharmacology 2026.

Jana Volaric was awarded the Best Poster Prize at the held April 8-10th in Sete, for her poster on “Photocaging Enables Optical Control of S-acyltransferase Activity in Mammalian Cells” presenting her postdoctoral research in the Tate group. 

The meeting brought together 180 participants from research groups across 17 countries, with 30 speakers and over 110 posters, reflecting the growing field of photopharmacology.
