Great Service: Lunch and learn sessions

The Great Service programme holds regular, monthly Lunch and Learn sessions where we demonstrate different business processes in Atlas and answer audience questions.

Training

To ensure a smooth transition to the new system, our training programme is designed to equip users with the knowledge and confidence to embrace new processes and use the system effectively.

Business process maps and change impact assessments

Draft business process maps detail the end-to-end business processes including the on-system and off system steps, key inputs, outputs and roles. Change impact assessments are a structured assessment and evaluation of how a proposed change will affect people, processes, systems and ways of working.
