    What my role involves

    My role is to orchestrate the Great Service Programme to deliver the right outcomes, working across 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, with the Programme Team and Namos, our delivery partner.

Programme team

The programme team lead on, oversee and manage the day to day running of the programme.

Process Outcome Designers

Our Process Outcome Designers work with our delivery partner and 51³Ô¹ÏÍø colleagues to design the processes to be delivered in Atlas. They are drawn from a range of areas across the university.

Data and reporting

The Great Service Data Workstream is responsible for securely migrating our Finance, HR, and Research Administration data to the cloud - supporting great service, rapid innovation, and trusted insights.

Service Design

Service Design focuses on people-centric professional services delivery improvements. This team help analyse and track the requirements for Atlas and plays a key role in testing.

Change Management and Training

This team engages with stakeholders and delivers communications to inform our community about Atlas and what it will mean for them, as well as training our staff to use the new system.

Architecture and integrations

This team will deliver the future architecture for Atlas, and develop and test the integrations with other systems. Leading on the analysis and development of options to address technical issues we identify.
