Atlas will simplify and automate many of the People processes we use every day at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, making them easier to complete and manage. TeamSeer and TalentLink will be retired and their functionality moved into Atlas.
Annual leave will be booked in hours rather than days, creating a more consistent approach across the university and new in-system journeys will provide step-by-step guidance for less frequent or more complex activities, such as onboarding, maternity leave, sickness absence and sabbaticals.
Recruitment will be faster and more efficient and be managed in-system, ensuring the right candidate is found quickly and improving the candidate experience.
