Family Leave Policies

51³Ô¹ÏÍø recognises the demands of family life and is committed to supporting members of staff to obtain a good work life balance. With this in mind, our family leave guidance has been designed to support both staff and managers by guiding them through the procedures for the various family leave types, covering what needs to be considered and the steps that need to be completed. All family leave policies apply to staff irrespective of gender identity, sexual orientation, gender expression, biological sex or if you are transitioning.

Tax-Free Childcare

The Government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme is available to all eligible College employees. Please see below for further details.

Following the introduction of Tax-Free Childcare, childcare voucher schemes have been closed to new entrants. Therefore, the College’s childcare vouchers scheme is now only available to those currently in the scheme, subject to their continuing eligibility.
