New Mothers Risk Assessment

All pregnant and new mothers are expected to have a risk assessment as soon as possible.

Your line manager will carry out the risk assessment, once you have notified them that you are pregnant.

Tax-Free Childcare

Following the introduction of Tax-Free Childcare, childcare voucher schemes have been closed to new entrants. Therefore, the College’s childcare vouchers scheme is now only available to those currently in the scheme, subject to their continuing eligibility.

Leave Allowances

We value our staff and understand the importance of good work/life balance. We offer a generous annual leave allowance, extensive family leave and support, as well as special leave when you most need it. The policies for each leave type is on the specific HR webpage. Early Years Education

51�Թ�� College Early Years Education Centre (EYEC) caters for up to 140 children of staff and students. Children aged from six months to five years are organised into three age groups and in the centre which is rated as outstanding by Ofsted.

For staff at Paddington and Silwood Park campuses, the College has negotiated discounts at nurseries nearby.
