Workforce

Our ‘Workforce’ theme explores how different clinical careers are perceived and experienced by practicing clinicians.   Our work aims to understand how the workforce can be recruited, trained and retained to provide holistic care for patients.

Why is this important?

Many doctors are choosing to leave the medical profession and there are challenges recruiting to undersubscribed specialties such as General Practice.
