Registering for a membership:

Step 1: Visit the membership website 
Step 2: Click on 'I am an 51³Ô¹ÏÍø/Staff Member and I would like to sign up'
Step 3: Complete the registration using your long 51³Ô¹ÏÍø email address
Step 4: Click on the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Staff and Student Log in Here button
Step 5: On the 'Purchase Membership' page select “51³Ô¹ÏÍø Westway Student” (White City Medical and Chemistry Students Only; annual fee); click 'Buy Now' and then click on your basket and checkout

Accessing Westway Sports Centre:

Step 1: Ethos staff will run a daily report of students who have signed up for the “51³Ô¹ÏÍø Westway Student” membership; these names will be cross-referenced to ensure you are a Chemistry or Medical student studying at White City Campus.

Step 2: Ethos staff will notify and provide Westway Sports Centre staff with the names of students who have registered and paid for the membership.

Step 3: Once Ethos staff have verified your status, it will take 24 hours for your College ID card to be activated to provide you with access to enter the Ethos building and use the Swimming Pool, however, you will not be able to access Ethos Gym. 

Step 4: You will then need to visit Westway Sports and Fitness Centre, (1 Crowthorne Road, W10 6RP) to activate your membership – please allow 24 hours after registering for a membership before visiting the centre. Upon arrival, say you have taken out an 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Westway Student Membership. You will need to provide proof of being a student at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø (White City Campus) by showing your student ID card (if issued) or providing your Student ID number (if you have been issued with a card please bring this with you as it will speed up the process). You will then receive your free EveryoneActive Card which will allow you entry to the centre.

If you are staff working at White City and Hammersmith Campuses, you will be able to access a gym membership at the Westway Sports Centre.  If you opt to take out the Westway membership, you will only be able to access the Ethos gym and swimming pool by registering for a free Staff Basic membership and then either accessing the pay-as-you-go option (gym or swim) or purchasing a monthly swim bolt-on.

Staff will be offered the monthly rate advertised by Westway.

Registering for a membership:

Step 1: Visit Westway Sports Centre (1 Crowthorne Road, W10 6RP) with your account number and sort code to register for the membership. Alternatively, you can register online .

Step 2: If you would like access to the Ethos swimming pool please register online for a free Staff Basic membership and book a pay-as-you-go session or purchase a monthly swim bolt-on. To access the Ethos gym please register online for a free Staff Basic membership and book a pay-as-you-go session.
