Freelance Event Coordinator – 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Lates 2026/27
Help shape one of London’s most exciting public science event programmes
51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s Public and Community Engagement team is looking to contract a freelance Event Coordinator to help programme and deliver the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Lates 2026/27 season—a creative, fun-filled and much-loved series of after-hours evenings of scientific exploration for adult audiences.
The 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Lates are social, themed evenings where visitors explore the latest research at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø through interactive unique experiences. These evening events aimed at young adult audiences (18–35), attracting around 750 visitors per event, many new to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. This contract is ideal for a freelancer who combines creative programming skills with strong, large-scale event production experience, as well as excellent project management and communication skills.
