As part of London Climate Action Week, this event will bring together leaders from finance, insurance, law, technology, policy, and academia to explore how physical climate risk is reshaping economic and energy security, infrastructure, investment, and resilience. Delivered in collaboration with General Atlantic, the discussion will focus on how climate-driven events are changing the way institutions assess risk, protect assets, allocate capital, and plan for long-term stability.

The session will examine practical solutions for strengthening resilience across the economy, with particular emphasis on the role of data, analytics, risk technology, innovative financing, and insurance structures in improving preparedness and response. Bringing together cross-sector expertise, it will highlight emerging tools, scalable approaches, and opportunities for collaboration to support better decision-making and more secure economic outcomes in the face of climate uncertainty.

The event will feature a conversation with Abigail Ng, Chief Sustainability Officer at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), followed by a panel discussion. Panel speakers include Kemal Ercevik (Bank of England), Natasha Fowlie (General Atlantic), Paul Munday (S&P Global), Julian Wentzel (HSBC), and Rowan Douglas (51³Ô¹ÏÍø).

The event will conclude with a drinks reception from 6:00 pm.
