Drawing on strategies from leaders like GCHQ, IBM, and Atlassian, this session will demonstrate how diverse hiring and flexible team structures can fuel resilience and innovation. Through case studies, actionable steps, and interactive exercises, we challenge founders to adopt a future-fit approach to team-building, specifically within the CleanTech and Low Carbon Environmental Goods and Services (LCEGS) sectors.泭
