In the MRes Experimental Biomolecular Sciences programme, you will build a strong foundation in the theoretical principles and practical skills that underpin modern biomolecular science. Students of this course spend extensive time in our state-of-the-art labs, mastering core techniques, developing advanced research methods, and gaining confidence through hands-on experience.
At this open day, you will hear from the course lead, Dr Tom McKinnon, who will discuss the course structure, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the nine-month research project, which is a unique opportunity to allow you to work alongside leading experts at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø and contribute to biomedical innovation.
You will also hear from students who will share their experiences and talk about their projects, giving you a sense of what life on the course is really like, and have the chance to ask questions.
