Vincent Briscoe Security Lecture

The ISST hosts the Vincent Briscoe Security Lecture, part of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø annual lectures series. Each year, we invite an expert in security or resilience to deliver a talk to our network and the public.

Previous Briscoe lecturers include Ambassador Mircea Geoană, NATO Deputy Secretary General; Jeremy Fleming, former Director of GCHQ; and Cressida Dick, former Commissioner of the London Metropolitan Police Service.
