Eligibility criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be a UK national intending to reside in the UK after graduation

  • Hold a first degree (preferably first/upper-second BSc/MSc, or PhD) in science or allied technology

  • Have 4–10 years' experience post first degree

Engineers and Scientists in Business Fellowship (ESBF) awards MBA scholarships of £50,000 to promising scientists looking to advance their business skills. Building on almost 40 years' experience with engineers, this scholarship for scientists aims to support UK economic prosperity and its leading reputation in scientific research. ESBF partners with the National Physical Laboratory to provide this scholarship.
