The Technicians’ Network Summer Celebration 2025 is taking place at Scale Space, White City. This half-day conference will begin with an informal lunch to celebrate 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s continued engagement with the Technician Commitment. This will be followed by an update on our Technician Commitment action plan, including upcoming opportunities for professional and career development; the unveiling of new digital tools to enhance visibility and knowledge-sharing across our technical community; and three inspirational talks from senior technical colleagues on their career journeys.

Techs Today at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø

After our internal event, join us for Techs Today, a cross-institutional event for technicians taking place at the same venue. The session’s theme will be 'Techs in Action: Lab Services and Operational Efficiency' and we will shine a light on the work of laboratory and facility services and operational support staff at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, the Francis Crick Institute, UCL, King’s College London and the Institute of Cancer Research.
