Oliver Keown is the founder and CEO of Oath Surgical, a company focused on tech-enabled outpatient surgery. He previously founded and led Intuitive Ventures, the $250M+ venture capital arm of Intuitive Surgical, where he built a portfolio spanning digital health, AI, and MedTech. Earlier in his career he worked in global health policy and clinical innovation, including a role as Clinical and Policy Advisor at the Institute of Global Health Innovation at Imperial College London, and a position at GE Ventures. He also served on the board of the California Initiative to Advance Precision Medicine under Governor Newsom's administration. Oliver holds an MD and a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Edinburgh.
