Before joining the team, Gemma spent over eight years in private practice, working in a fast-paced commercial environment advising on transactions predominantly across London and East Anglia. Her work focused on advising a broad range of clients on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, land development and strategic property portfolio management.

Gemma brings a practical and solutions-focused approach to legal advice, shaped by her experience in navigating high-value and time-sensitive property deals.
