51³Ô¹ÏÍø Glass is the new staff portal that offers a more streamlined experience for accessing information and systems.

We are currently piloting this portal with a select number of departments before we roll it out across 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. If you are a student or a staff member who is not part of the pilot group, you will not have access to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Glass, and you will be reverted back to the ASK portal.

  • Faster self-service and quick access to the information you need via: Search functionality that pulls results from the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø website, current 'Glass' content, knowledge articles and the service Request Catalogue.
  • AI-powered support via the ASK Chatbot, offering faster, more accurate responses, pulling from the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø website and knowledge articles  
  • Quick access to raise requests and issues, as well as tracking progress on existing tickets.
