Upon completion of this workshop, participants will have:
- Reflected upon their beliefs about, and approaches to, learning and teaching across different contexts;
- Considered how educational theory underpins approaches to learning and teaching in Higher Education;
- Planned for, and structured effectively, student-centred learning and teaching;
- Applied a range of strategies to facilitate learning in a positive and inclusive environment;
- Selected appropriate strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of their teaching.

Who should attend?
This one-day workshop is compulsory for new educators, lecturers and teaching fellows. It is intended for staff who are beginning to teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate students at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø.
